Is Fireside Coffee Gluten Free?
We've conducted the appropriate testing for gluten content. The test results showed a "very low gluten or gluten free" reading. This means that the level of gluten is NOT DETECTABLE (below about 100-200ppm). There are limitations of the test: A negative test CANNOT EXCLUDE the possibility that the food contains gluten since it may be distributed unevenly in food or may not be detected by the test (gluten levels below 100-200ppm).

I don't live in the continental United States – how can I order Fireside Coffee?
Send us an e-mail at sogood@firesidecoffee.com with your request. DO NOT include your credit card number (for security purposes) but be sure to include the products you would like to order – with appropriate quantities – along with your complete shipping address. We will contact you by return e-mail and provide you with a quote for the shipping. If you approve the total cost, with shipping, we will provide you with ordering instructions for you to place your order.

Do you have a special price if we order a large quantity?
We do not offer "large quantity" pricing for retail sales; however, we do have a maximum fee we charge for shipping, so a large order may result in a cost savings in shipping rates. We also run a special of the month every month, and a cost savings may be realized by ordering the monthly special.

Shipping
What are your shipping standards?
Our goal is to ship all orders complete by the next business day, whenever possible, after receipt of an order. We ship all orders to the 48 continental states, via UPS, from Michigan.
If you live outside of the 48 continental United States, you may incur extra shipping charges as your order will need to be shipped via U.S. Post Office. Please contact sogood@firesidecoffee.com for estimated shipping charges. Free Shipping offers do not apply to orders outside of the 48 continental United States.
If you need a rush order, please advise us when you place the order, and we will do our best to expedite it. We can also arrange for special shipping, i.e., Overnight or Next Day Air, at an additional cost.
