Recipe idea:

Try a healthy Fireside smoothie for breakfast: add 6 ounces of skim milk, 3-4 tablespoons of Fireside Instant Mochaccino mix, a carton of light chocolate or vanilla yogurt, a banana, and a big handful of ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
